About Korean Cosmetics Store Shopify Theme
Korean Cosmetics Store is a Shopify theme for shops selling Korean skincare and beauty products. It was originally sold on TemplateMonster, and in the store it is filed under beauty, care, fashion beauty and eCommerce categories.
People find it by searching for Shopify Korean skincare designs, so the look is the draw: a storefront for cosmetics catalogues, where product photos and categories lead. A Shopify theme changes the design of your store only. Products, payments, shipping and orders stay in Shopify.
The listing doesn't state a version number or the layouts and sections included, and the release date is September 2020. Preview the theme in your Shopify admin before publishing it, and check the finished store on a phone.

How to install Korean Cosmetics Store Shopify Theme
- 1
Download the file
Open My Account → Downloads and download the product. If the archive contains several zips (documentation, child theme, licensing files), you need the one named after the product.
- 2
Upload the theme zip
In Shopify admin go to Online Store → Themes → Add theme → Upload zip file. The correct zip has folders such as layout, sections and templates at its top level.
- 3
Customize, then publish
Click Customize to set up sections and colours. The theme stays unpublished until you click Publish, so your live store is unaffected while you work.
Setup: using Korean Cosmetics Store Shopify Theme
- Upload the theme. In Shopify, go to Online Store, Themes and upload the zip file.
- Preview before publishing. Open the theme customiser and look at the home, collection and product pages.
- Add products and collections. Create your collections and products so the sections show real content.
- Set the logo, menu and colours. Use the theme editor for header, footer and homepage sections.
- Test checkout on a phone. Place a test order on a phone, then publish the theme.
Common problems and fixes
Shopify says the zip isn't a valid theme
- Why it happens
- The download package or a re-zipped parent folder was uploaded, so layout/theme.liquid isn't at the top level.
- How to fix it
- Unzip the package once and upload the inner theme zip as it is.
The store looks empty compared with the demo
- Why it happens
- Theme files contain layout and settings, not the demo's products and images.
- How to fix it
- Add your products and collections, then assign them to sections in Customize.
