Frequently Asked Questions
What does GPL mean for what I buy?
The themes and plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License, which allows them to be used, modified and redistributed. You get the product's files. You don't get the original developer's support, licence key or automatic updates from their servers.
Will I get a licence key?
No. Licence keys are issued by the original developer to their own customers. Most products work without one; some features that rely on the developer's servers (automatic updates, cloud services, template libraries) may not. Product pages mention this where it applies.
How do I download after paying?
Downloads appear in the Downloads section of your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. If you checked out as a guest, log in with the email and password you entered at checkout.
How do memberships work?
A membership gives access to every product in the library while it is active. Monthly, six-month and lifetime plans are available, each with a daily download limit that resets on a rolling 24-hour basis. You can also buy individual products without a membership.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed by Razorpay and PayPal. The checkout shows the method available for your country.
What if the file is out of date?
Each product page states the version on file. If you own the product or have a membership, use the Request update button on the product page and the request is added to our update queue.
How do I install a theme or plugin?
Each product page has installation steps for its type. For WordPress, upload the zip under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin (or Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme). Some downloads are packages that contain the installable zip plus documentation, so unzip them first if WordPress reports that no valid plugin or theme was found.
Can I get a refund?
See our refund policy. Problems with a download are handled through the contact page.
