How to install CaYo – Creative Agency Elementor Template Kit

Install Elementor
Template kits need the free Elementor plugin. Check the product details for kits that also need Elementor Pro or a specific add-on.

Download the file
Open My Account → Downloads and download the product. If the archive contains several zips (documentation, child theme, licensing files), you need the one named after the product.

Import the kit
Install the free Envato Elements or Template Kit – Import plugin, open Installed Kits → Upload Template Kit, and select the kit zip without unzipping it.

Install requirements, then import templates
Use the Install Requirements button to add any missing add-ons, then import the templates you want and assign them to pages.

- The description says the required plugins install automatically with the kit: Elementor, Elementor - Header, Footer & Blocks, JetSticky For Elementor, Post Grid Elementor Addon, Contact Form 7 and PowerPack Lite for Elementor. If any are missing, install them by hand.
Setup: using CaYo – Creative Agency Elementor Template Kit
- Import the kit. Import it in Elementor's kit import or through the Envato Elements plugin, as the package documentation directs.
- Install the required plugins. Accept the plugin installs, or add the plugins listed above manually.
- Create pages from the templates. Build Home, About, Services, Projects, News and Contact pages from the imported templates.
- Set the header and footer. Apply the header and footer templates through the Header, Footer & Blocks plugin.
- Add your work. Replace sample images and text with your own, then connect the contact form.
Common problems and fixes
The contact page shows no form or the form does nothing
- Why it happens
- Contact Form 7 isn't active, or the imported form isn't tied to your email address.
- How to fix it
- Activate Contact Form 7, open its Contact forms screen, and set the recipient address on the form used by the template.
Kit upload fails or shows as invalid
- Why it happens
- The kit was unzipped and re-zipped, or an inner file was uploaded.
- How to fix it
- Upload the original kit zip exactly as downloaded.
Imported templates have empty sections
- Why it happens
- A required add-on isn't installed.
- How to fix it
- Open the kit in Installed Kits and click Install Requirements, then re-import the template.
Images appear as grey placeholders
- Why it happens
- Kits often ship with placeholder images because the demo photos are licensed separately.
- How to fix it
- Replace them with your own images in the Elementor editor.
